About
Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area, Entevos provides coaching and consulting services. Our goal is to unleash individual and team potential for sustainable transition and transformation. We offer coaching, consulting, and training to guide clients located around the globe, challenge their assumptions, and reach re-imagined outcomes.
Entevos solutions are customized to achieve exceptional client satisfaction. In addition to the executive, team, and leadership coaching, we develop content; facilitate workshops; plan and lead retreats; deliver virtual learning; moderate forums, and provide public speaking.
During her wide range of experiences, Founder and CEO Janet Miller Evans hears these comments repeatedly from employees, members of organizations, and clients, "I just want to be me."; "Why can't I just be me!"; "They don't understand me."; "Did they not hear what I said?" "Leading a team doesn't allow me to be me."; "How can I communicate the organization's goals and not compromise me?"; What should I do to be a team member and not compromise me"? A common theme emerged - everyone wants to feel comfortable, accepted, and understood for who they are. With this theme in mind, in Latin, Ente means being + Vos means you, so they were joined to become Entevos - "being you."
Our mission is to Embolden, Educate, and Inspire executives, teams & high potential leaders to meet desired outcomes while being authentic & on purpose. The principal tenet of Entevos is empowerment for being you.
